James comes to Orchard bringing with him substantial experience in business operations, global supply chain, and manufacturing. James started his career at Whirlpool Corporation (NASDAQ:WHR) where he led strategic negotiations and relationship management initiatives between Whirlpool and a global portfolio of electronic and electro-mechanical component manufacturers. After Whirlpool, James directed dōTERRA's Global Product Planning organization responsible for forecasting and demand research for the entirety of dōTERRA's consumer product SKU family. Most recently, James was a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Ancestry where he led all sourcing initiatives, including negotiations and financial diligence, across Ancestry's Consumer Research, Global Creative, Media, Product Promotions, and DNA categories. He has a B.S. in Global Supply Chain Management from BYU and an MBA from Westminster College's Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business.

 

James enjoys backcountry skiing, cycling, triathloning, and traveling with his wife and 5 children.
